KHD Clean Technology

We have been the first to introduce many developments in the cement industry, like the world’s first pre-heater tower or more recently our energy efficient COMFLEX^® modular grinding system. Our PYRO-JET^® Burners and PYROCLON^® R Calciner with combustion chamber allow for a high input of many alternative fuels. Notably, KHD is an industry leader calcining technology with low NO_X. Also, our state of the art pyro processing equipment require less heat for the process, which helps avoid producing additional unnecessary CO₂.
