Gerhard Beinhauer
Gerhard Beinhauer, owner and managing director of BBI investment house, has been advising family-owned companies on technology investments since he started the business in 1992. His work includes direct investments, restructuring, business development, and providing strategic advice. He has held positions as an interim executive or board member in several firms. He has also worked in the areas of international grain trade, mining chemicals, and healthcare and has held senior management positions in France, Brazil, USA, Switzerland, and Germany. Mr. Beinhauer also currently holds several other directorships and board positions. He received his training as a Foreign Trade Merchant in Hamburg, and holds an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Luc Antoine Baehni
Luc Antoine Baehni is the CEO of Compagnie Générale de Navigation sur le lac Léman, a public-private transportation company located on Lake Geneva. Mr. Baehni also previously held the position of General Manager with Holcim (Schweiz) AG in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. At Holcim, he was a member of the management board responsible for Sales and Logistics, and was Chairman of the Board for Railcem AG, who was, at that time, the largest European rail transporter of cement. Mr. Baehni has a scientific and technical background with a Master of Science in Geology from the Polytechnic School of Zurich (ETHZ), and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Lausanne.
Heinz Otto Geidt
Heinz Otto Geidt is the head of Investment Management for the Software AG Foundation, managing assets of more than EUR 1 billion. He is also a member of the Software AG supervisory board, listed on the TecDAX in Frankfurt. Before joining Software AG Foundation, Mr. Geidt had a long career with Hoechst AG, including a tenure as CEO of Hoechst Indonesia as well as deputy CFO of Hoechst-Schering AgrEro. Mr. Geidt has a great deal of experience working on boards and committees as well as international industrial expertise. Mr. Geidt has a Diploma in Business Administration (University of Mainz, Germany).
Hubert Keusch
Hubert Keusch’s professional expertise is in the banking sector, chiefly in private banking and asset management. Mr. Keusch has held senior positions in Hong Kong with Credit Suisse, American Express, and LGT Bank in Liechtenstein. His assignment with LGT was to set up the bank’s first operation in Asia Pacific and to establish the LGT brand there. After LGT’s takeover of GT Management, a fund management group, Mr. Keusch was appointed Director of GT Management (Asia) in Hong Kong. In 1996 he founded ContiLink Services, Ltd. in Vaduz, Liechtenstein. The group manages assets of high net worth individuals and families in Asia.
Silke S. Stenger
Silke S. Stenger is CFO of Management One, Human Capital Consultants Ltd. and has in-depth experience in internal control systems, corporate governance, and the U.S. Sarbanes Oxley Act. She worked in the fields of strategic development and corporate communication with YMOS AG, a supplier to the automotive industry. From 1999 to 2002 she was responsible for investor relations and administration at Koidl & Cie Holding AG. Ms. Stenger has been working as an independent management consultant since 2002 and has been a member of the KHD supervisory board since 2003. She is a certified controller with extensive accounting experience, especially in the areas of German and international GAAP, including IFRS.
Eliza Suk Ching Yuen
Eliza Yuen is a certified public accountant practicing in Hong Kong. She is well-experienced in finance and accounting and most of her professional career has been in the public accounting sector. She was a partner at a large Hong Kong CPA firm as well as at Deloitte Touche & Tohmatsu in Hong Kong. She is also one of the founders of HLM & Co., a mid-size accounting firm in Hong Kong. Ms. Yuen also has extensive experience in initial public offerings, cross-border mergers and acquisitions and bond and debenture issues. Her clients include listed companies in Hong Kong and state-owned corporations in China. Ms. Yuen was born and educated in Hong Kong, and received her training there as well as in the United States.
