KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG: Withdrawal of item number 6 from the agenda for annual general meeting on June 16, 2011
Cologne, May 06, 2011 – Both the Directors and the Supervisory Board of KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG decided to withdraw item number 6 from the agenda for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”) on June 16, 2011 (“Agenda”), in Cologne,
Germany.
Item number 6 provided for the cancellation of the existing and the creation of new authorized capital. Considering the positive financial position of the Company as of today, the Managing Board reconsidered this item and thereupon decided to withdraw item number 6 from the Agenda. Persons who have granted a voting proxy already do not have to provide for any changes of the proxy or voting instructions.
