Martin Strouhal appointed as member of the Management Board

Cologne, Germany, October 27, 2025 – The Supervisory Board of KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG (“KHD”), Cologne, has appointed Mr. Martin Strouhal as additional member of KHD’s Management Board effective January 1, 2026.
 

Mr. Strouhal has extensive experience in various leadership positions and in particular contributes his special expertise from having worked for more than 25 years within the world of cement. As Chief Sales Officer (CSO) Mr. Strouhal will be primarily responsible for global coordination of KHD’s sales activities and further improving customer relationship management.

Change of KHD’s Chairman of the Management Board

Today the Supervisory Board of KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG (KHD), Cologne, informed KHD’s Management Board that Mr. Yizhen Zhu will resign from his office as CEO and member of the Management Board for personal reasons with effect as of September 30, 2020.
