Cologne, Germany, October 16, 2013 – In light of the voluntary takeover offer from AVIC the management board of KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG has taken the decision not to participate in the “Deutschen Eigenkapitalforum” in November in Frankfurt.
Humboldt Wedag Inc., a subsidiary of KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG (KHD) has entered today into a contract with Cimentos Liz S.A. in Brazil for the equipment supply, engineering and site advisory and commissioning services, for a new 5,000 t/d production line.
A member of the KHD group of companies has entered into contracts with an undisclosed cement producer for two new cement production lines.
The Supervisory Board of KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG (“KHD”) has appointed Yizhen “Mario” Zhu (39) to be the company’s third Management Board member.
