In August 2022, KHD was able to secure yet another purchase order for its Pyrorotor® combustion reactor in South Korea.
The demand for efficient and cost-effective alternative fuel-processing solutions in the cement industry is continuously increasing. Ssangyong Cement C&E Company Ltd. has understood the unique advantages of KHD’s Pyrorotor® and ordered another unit for their Donghae plant in South Korea.
After demonstrating continuous success over the last few years, predominantly in the Asia Pacific region, KHD has now received the first Pyrorotor® order in Turkey. After successful completion of more than 16 pyroprocess optimization projects, Hongshi Group Co. Ltd., one of the biggest cement manufacturers in China, has awarded KHD (Humboldt Wedag India in collaboration with AVIC) with another pyroprocess upgradation contract for their Lanzhou plant in the Gansu Province.
